FRANKTON SUBSTATION

We have recently successfully completed a specialised fencing project in Frankton, Queenstown, for MARTIN CIVIL CONSTRUCTION. The works involved the installation of approximately 180 metres of 2.5-metre-high security fencing. The system incorporated electric possum protection to safeguard the site from wildlife intrusion and featured a range of vehicle and personnel access gates tailored to operational needs.

This was a highly technical project carried out on a live substation, requiring the existing security perimeter to remain fully intact and operational while the fencing was expanded. It demanded precision, careful staging of works, and strict adherence to the client’s exceptionally high standards. Every aspect of the installation was delivered with a strong focus on compliance, quality control, and site-specific requirements.
